Top Guard is excited to announce the creation of its security officer training academy! The Coastal Virginia Training Academy will be serving all of Top Guard’s security officers – offering unarmed, armed and Special Conservator of the Peace courses. Officers can use payroll deductions to pay for courses.
Coastal VA Training Director, Pete Lupica, has over 30 years experience in the security industry as a training instructor. Pete served as the Head of Operations for a multi-state private security firm from 1973-1981. Pete was a part of the Virginia Police Revolver Association and was awarded the Governor’s 20 Award in 2003 for excellence in police competitive marksmanship.
